We can provide upfront information to help you get your project up and running quickly while still maintaining the quality owners expect and deserve and continue throughout your project for sustained success. 7M Specializes in commercial construction inspection and testing, nondestructive testing, personnel qualifications for welders, NDT Personnel training and certification, welding procedures and procedure qualification as well as manufacturer/fabricator certification program consultation.
Inspection
At 7M, we offer various forms of inspections to include
AWS certified welding inspections (CWI), ICC structural steel and building special inspector (S1), ICC steel and welding special inspector (S2). Other forms of inspections may be available so reach out to the team to hear our full list of services.
Testing
Some of the testing offered by 7M includes
Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Dye Penetrant Testing (PT) and Bolt Testing per RCSC (Skidmore-Wilhelm). At 7M, we are continuously adding more qualifications to our wheel house, meaning we may offer more testing options throughout the year.
Qualification
7M Technologies offers varies forms of qualification testing. These include NDT personnel qualification, Procedure Qualification (PQR), Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQR). We also offer services such as third party testing and training to help your team come up to speed on techniques and regulations.
