An Oklahoma Born, Cherokee Native who is highly competent in business management and customer relations. Ronda is respectful of others and their needs by utilizing her interpersonal skills i.e.,  her compassion for others, serving the native community, being an advocate for tribal entities and maintaining a strong work ethic throughout her responsibilities. 

With over two decades of experience, Michael plays a huge role in the daily operations of 7M Technologies. His experience allows specific in-house training of field inspectors and NDT Personnel and continued conformance to IAS accreditation programs.  Michael is responsible for estimating, records review, scheduling and overseeing training exercises.
